Jeunes, associations locales et autorités locales : engagés et mobilisés pour
une Méditerranée durable
Le YouthCARE Day, organisé par COSPE Tunisie, a réuni plus de 80 participants — jeunes, associations locales, partenaires et représentants des autorités locales, notamment les communes de Jendouba, Gabès et Casapesenna. Cet événement hybride a célébré l’engagement des jeunes et mis en lumière le rôle des acteurs locaux et régionaux dans la protection de l’environnement, dans le cadre du programme Interreg NEXT MED, qui favorise la coopération méditerranéenne et des solutions durables et inclusives face au changement climatique.
Présentation du programme et impact du projet La matinée a permis de présenter le programme YouthCARE4Planet et ses résultats concrets :
Plus de 60 organisations de jeunesse mobilisées dans l’ensemble de la Méditerranée
8 Plans Locaux d’Adaptation (LAPs) co-conçus
16 actions vertes mises en œuvre au niveau local
1 100 jeunes formés aux processus de co-création
350 jeunes accompagnés dans la réalisation des actions vertes
Sensibilisation de 800 000 jeunes grâce aux activités du consortium
Ces résultats démontrent l’impact tangible du projet : renforcement des capacités locales, création de réseaux transméditerranéens et promotion de l’engagement citoyen et écologique des jeunes. Chaque partenaire a également partagé les raisons de sa participation, les défis qu’il souhaite adresser et l’alignement du projet avec ses priorités stratégiques.
Défis environnementaux et engagement des jeunes Les participants ont partagé les problématiques locales rencontrées dans leurs territoires : pollution industrielle, gestion des déchets, gestion de l’eau, qualité de l’air, déforestation et ressources limitées. Les discussions ont souligné que la responsabilité de ces défis est collective, mais que la conscience partagée et le manque de moyens restent des obstacles majeurs. Les jeunes ont constaté que des problématiques similaires se retrouvent dans différentes régions, ce qui met en évidence la nécessité d’initiatives coordonnées à l’échelle méditerranéenne.
La méthodologie CARE, adoptée dans le projet, repose sur la capacité individuelle et collective à fournir les conditions permettant aux personnes et à la planète de prospérer. Ses principes incluent la reconnaissance des interdépendances, la répartition équitable des responsabilités, l’alignement avec la durabilité, l’adoption de modes de consommation et de production alternatifs, la valorisation de la vie collective et communautaire, ainsi que des approches intergénérationnelles et intersectionnelles. Cette approche permet de construire des projets de jeunesse inclusifs et durables, en impliquant les jeunes dans toutes les étapes de la planification et de l’action.
Actions concrètes et co-construction par les jeunes La matinée s’est clôturée avec des vidéos présentant le travail de terrain des partenaires, mettant en avant leurs initiatives locales pour le climat et la durabilité, ainsi que les actions co-construites par les jeunes dans leurs communautés — inspirant les participants à passer à l’action. Le concours organisé lors de l’événement a également invité les jeunes à montrer comment ils participent au changement pour la planète en partageant leur créativité à travers courts-métrages, articles ou photos/photo-reportages, sur des thèmes tels que la protection de l’environnement, la gestion des déchets, la conservation de la biodiversité, la préservation de l’eau, la lutte contre le changement climatique et les initiatives environnementales menées par les jeunes. Ce concours a permis de valoriser l’ingéniosité et l’engagement des jeunes, tout en inspirant des actions concrètes pour une Méditerranée plus verte et responsable.
Notre partenaire IDEBATE a présenté le mapping des associations et le Youth-Led Research Group (YLRG), un outil stratégique qui cartographie les organisations locales et permet aux jeunes de co-concevoir activement les initiatives du projet. Le YLRG favorise la collaboration entre jeunes, associations et autorités locales, garantissant un suivi structuré et valorisant les projets portés par les jeunes sur le terrain.
Communication et mobilisation La communication constitue un pilier stratégique de YouthCARE4Planet. Six partenaires répartis dans quatre pays méditerranéens collaborent étroitement, chacun avec un rôle spécifique, pour créer une communication cohérente et impactante. L’objectif est de donner la parole aux jeunes, valoriser les initiatives locales et connecter les rives de la Méditerranée. Durant l’événement, les participants ont été impliqués grâce à des outils interactifs comme Mentimeter, partageant leurs idées et des mots représentant la Méditerranée qu’ils souhaitent voir : égalité, justice, impact… Ces contributions ont reflété l’engagement des jeunes et mis en lumière les priorités pour une région plus durable, juste et inclusive. La communication ne se limite pas à informer : elle inspire, relie et engage tous les acteurs autour d’une vision commune pour l’avenir de la Méditerranée.
Après-midi : ateliers méditerranéens L’après-midi, un atelier animé par IDEBATE a renforcé le sentiment de communauté méditerranéenne et exploré des solutions communes aux défis environnementaux. Les discussions ont mis en avant : la répartition équitable des responsabilités, l’alignement avec la transition écologique et la durabilité, l’adoption de modes de vie alternatifs, la valorisation de la vie collective et communautaire, ainsi que l’approche intergénérationnelle et intersectionnelle. Cette réflexion collaborative a démontré que la créativité, la participation et la coopération des jeunes sont essentielles pour développer des solutions durables adaptées aux réalités locales et régionales.
Conclusion : un mouvement collectif Le YouthCARE Day a montré que jeunes, associations locales et autorités locales peuvent travailler ensemble pour créer un impact réel sur les défis environnementaux. Grâce à Interreg NEXT MED, à la méthodologie CARE et à l’engagement actif des participants, le projet contribue à :

Youth, Local Associations, and Local Authorities: Engaged and Mobilized for a Sustainable Mediterranean
The YouthCARE Day, organized by COSPE Tunisia, brought together over 80 participants — youth, local associations, partners, and representatives of local authorities, including the municipalities of Jendouba, Gabès, and Casapesenna. This hybrid event celebrated youth engagement and highlighted the role of local and regional actors in environmental protection, within the framework of the Interreg NEXT MED program, which promotes Mediterranean cooperation and sustainable, inclusive solutions to climate change.
Program Presentation and Project Impact
The morning session showcased the YouthCARE4Planet program and and its target outcomes:
60+ youth organizations mobilized across the Mediterranean
8 Local Adaptation Plans (LAPs) co-designed
16 green actions implemented at the local level
1,100 youth trained in co-creation processes
350 youth supported in implementing green actions
Awareness raised among 800,000 youth through consortium activities
These results demonstrate the concrete impact of the project: strengthening local capacities, creating trans-Mediterranean networks, and promoting youth civic and environmental engagement. Each partner also shared their motivation for joining the project, the challenges they address, and how the project aligns with their strategic priorities.
Environmental Challenges and Youth Engagement
Participants shared local environmental challenges such as industrial pollution, waste management, water scarcity, air quality, deforestation, and limited natural resources. Discussions highlighted that responsibility is shared, yet collective awareness and lack of resources remain key obstacles. Participants observed that similar challenges appear across different regions, emphasizing the need for coordinated initiatives across the Mediterranean.
The CARE methodology, adopted in the project, is based on the individual and collective capacity to provide the political, social, material, and emotional conditions that allow people and the planet to thrive. Its core principles include recognizing interdependencies, equitable distribution of responsibilities, alignment with sustainability, adoption of alternative consumption and production patterns, promotion of collective and community life, and intergenerational and intersectional approaches. This methodology ensures inclusive, sustainable projects that actively involve youth in all stages of co-creation.
Concrete Actions and Youth-Led Co-Creation
The morning concluded with videos showcasing partners’ fieldwork, highlighting their local climate and sustainability initiatives and youth co-created actions in their communities — inspiring participants to take concrete action. Following this, the event also featured a youth contest, inviting young people to demonstrate how they contribute to positive change for the planet by sharing their creativity through short films, articles, or photos/photo-reports. Participants could explore themes such as environmental protection and public spaces, waste management and recycling, biodiversity conservation, water preservation, climate change mitigation, and youth-led environmental initiatives. This contest provided a unique opportunity to showcase youth ingenuity and commitment, while inspiring tangible actions for a greener and more responsible Mediterranean.
Our partner IDEBATE presented the association mapping and Youth-Led Research Group (YLRG), a strategic tool that maps local organizations and enables youth to actively co-design project initiatives. The YLRG fosters collaboration between youth, associations, and local authorities, ensuring structured follow-up and amplifying youth-led projects on the ground.
Communication and Mobilization
Communication is a strategic pillar of YouthCARE4Planet. Six partners across four Mediterranean countries collaborate closely, each with a specific role, to create coherent and impactful communication. The aim is to give youth a voice, highlight local initiatives, and connect the Mediterranean shores.
During the event, participants were actively involved through interactive tools like Mentimeter, sharing ideas and words that represent the Mediterranean they envision: equality, justice, impact… These contributions reflected youth engagement and highlighted priorities for a more sustainable, just, and inclusive region. Communication in the project goes beyond informing: it inspires, connects, and engages all actors around a shared vision for the Mediterranean’s future.
Afternoon: Mediterranean Workshops
In the afternoon, a workshop led by IDEBATE strengthened the sense of Mediterranean community and explored common solutions to environmental challenges. Discussions emphasized:
Equitable distribution of responsibilities among individuals and societies
Alignment with ecological transition and sustainability
Adoption of alternative lifestyles and consumption patterns
Promotion of collective and community life
Intergenerational and intersectional approaches
This collaborative reflection demonstrated that youth creativity, participation, and cooperation are essential to develop sustainable solutions that respond to local and regional realities.

The YouthCARE Day demonstrated that youth, local associations, and local authorities can work together to create real impact on environmental challenges. Through Interreg NEXT MED, the CARE methodology, and active participant engagement, the project contributes to:

في المشهد الجمعياتي التونسي اليوم، لم تعد الإدارة المالية مجرد مسألة تنظيم “دفاتر وفواتير”، بل تحولت إلى عنصر حاسم في استمرارية الجمعيات وقدرتها على العمل بثقة وأمان. فمع تعقّد الإطار التشريعي وتزايد الرقابة الجبائية والإدارية، تجد العديد من الجمعيات، خاصة الصغرى منها، نفسها أمام تحديات حقيقية قد تصل إلى تعليق النشاط أو التعرض لخطايا مالية، ليس بسبب سوء إدارة متعمد، بل نتيجة نقص في الأدوات العملية والمعرفة التقنية.
في هذا السياق، شكّل اللقاء الذي نظمه مركز الكواكبي للتحولات الديمقراطية يوم 11 مارس بنزل المشتل محطة مهمة للفاعلين في المجتمع المدني، حيث لم يقتصر النقاش على تشخيص الإشكاليات، بل تم تقديم مجموعة من الحلول العملية التي تستجيب مباشرة لاحتياجات الجمعيات في مجال الامتثال القانوني والجبائي. وقد أبرز هذا اللقاء بوضوح أن الامتثال لم يعد مجرد التزام إداري، بل أصبح صمام أمان حقيقي يضمن استمرارية العمل الجمعياتي ويحميه من المخاطر القانونية والمالية.
وخلال هذا اللقاء، تم التأكيد على أن المحاسبة تمثل اليوم العمود الفقري لحوكمة الجمعيات، إذ تتيح لها بناء ملفات مالية شفافة ومنظمة تعزز ثقة الشركاء والمانحين، وتمكّنها في الآن ذاته من اتخاذ قرارات مبنية على معطيات دقيقة. كما تساهم في حماية الجمعية عند الخضوع لأي عملية تفقد من قبل المصالح الجبائية أو الإدارية، وهو ما يجعل من إرساء نظام محاسبي واضح ضرورة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها.
وفي هذا الإطار، تم استعراض تطبيق محاسبي رقمي جديد تم تطويره من قبل مركز الكواكبي، موجّه أساسًا للجمعيات التي لا تتجاوز ميزانيتها السنوية 100 ألف دينار، ويهدف إلى تمكينها من مسك حساباتها بطريقة مبسطة وشفافة. ويتميز هذا التطبيق بكونه مجانيًا بالكامل، وسهل الاستخدام، ولا يتطلب خبرة محاسبية متقدمة، كما يتيح العمل إما عبر الإنترنت أو بعد تنزيله على الحاسوب، مع ضمان تحيينات مستمرة تواكب المتطلبات القانونية والمحاسبية في تونس. وقد تم تقديم هذا الحل كأداة عملية تساعد الجمعيات على “ترتيب بيتها الداخلي” وتفادي العديد من الإشكاليات التي قد تعترضها

وإلى جانب هذا الحل التقني، تم خلال اللقاء استعراض مجموعة من المبادرات المكملة التي تعكس توجهًا جماعيًا نحو مرافقة الجمعيات وتعزيز قدراتها، من بين هذه المبادرات، يبرز فضاء “Help Desk Jamaity” الذي أطلقته منصة جمعيتي بدعم من الوكالة الإسبانية للتعاون الدولي من أجل التنمية (AECID)، والذي يمثل آلية عملية للمرافقة اليومية، لا تقتصر على الإجابة عن الاستفسارات، بل تمتد لتشمل المتابعة والتوجيه الاستباقي لتفادي الإشكاليات قبل حدوثها كما يوفر هذا الفضاء استشارات قانونية متخصصة في تأسيس وإدارة الجمعيات، إلى جانب دعم في الجوانب الجبائية والمحاسبية مثل التصاريح وإعداد التقارير ومسك المحاسبة، كما يتيح توجيه الجمعيات نحو خبراء مختصين من محامين ومحاسبين في الحالات المعقدة حيث يمكن للجمعيات التواصل مع هذه الخدمات سواءا عبر الهاتف: 29594674 (من الإثنين إلى الجمعة، 09:00 – 16:00)

كما تتيح منصة Jamaity Academy أداة تقييم ذاتي تساعد الجمعيات على قياس مدى امتثالها للقوانين بشكل مبسط وفوري.
كما تم تقديم مبادرة الدليل الجبائي المبسط التي وضعتها أكاديمية الحوار الوطني على ذمة الجمعيات، وهو دليل عملي يهدف إلى تبسيط الإطار الجبائي وتفسيره بطريقة واضحة، بما يمكّن الفاعلين في المجتمع المدني من فهم واجباتهم وحقوقهم بشكل أفضل، ويساهم في تعزيز الامتثال والشفافية داخل الهياكل الجمعياتية.
وفي نفس الإطار، تم التطرق إلى آلية المساندة القضائية التي توفرها منظمة محامون بلا حدود (Avocats Sans Frontières)، والتي تفتح المجال أمام الجمعيات للحصول على دعم قانوني مباشر في حالات النزاع أو التعقيدات الإدارية، من خلال توفير مرافقة من قبل محامين مختصين، وهو ما يمثل عنصر أمان إضافي للجمعيات التي قد تجد نفسها في مواجهة إشكاليات قانونية معقدة

وقد أبرزت هذه المبادرات مجتمعة تحولًا مهمًا في مقاربة دعم المجتمع المدني، حيث لم يعد الأمر يقتصر على تقديم التوصيات، بل أصبح قائمًا على توفير أدوات عملية، رقمية وقانونية، تساعد الجمعيات على العمل في إطار سليم، كما تم التنبيه خلال اللقاء إلى عدد من الأخطاء الشائعة التي لا تزال تهدد استمرارية بعض الجمعيات، مثل خلط الأموال الشخصية بأموال الجمعية، أو التأخر في تسجيل العمليات المالية، أو إهمال إعداد التقارير الدورية، وهي ممارسات قد تكون لها تبعات قانونية ومالية خطيرة.
ويعكس هذا اللقاء بوضوح انتقال المجتمع المدني التونسي نحو منطق “التحصين الجماعي”، حيث تتكامل جهود مختلف الفاعلين لتوفير منظومة دعم متكاملة، تمكّن الجمعيات، خاصة الصغرى منها، من تجاوز التحديات وتعزيز حوكمتها. وفي هذا الإطار، لم يعد الامتثال مجرد إجراء إداري، بل أصبح مؤشرًا على نضج واحترافية العمل الجمعياتي.
في النهاية، يتأكد أن الاستثمار في الشفافية، واعتماد الأدوات الرقمية، والاستفادة من خدمات المرافقة القانونية والجبائية، كلها عناصر أساسية لبناء جمعيات قوية، قادرة على الاستمرار وأداء دورها في خدمة المجتمع، في بيئة تتطلب أكثر من أي وقت مضى قدرًا عاليًا من التنظيم والامتثال.

لماذا هذه الحملة؟
تؤكد المنظمة التونسية للأطباء الشبان أن تجهيز المستشفيات مسؤولية الدولة، لكن عندما تكون الإمكانيات غير كافية، يتدخل الأطباء الشبان كلما سمحت لهم الفرصة، ويكمن الهدف من هذه المبادرة في المساهمة في تحقيق ضمان حق الصحة لجميع الأطفال دون تمييز، وتفادي نقل المرضى الصغار إلى مستشفيات بعيدة عن مناطقهم
الوضع الحالي لقسم الأطفال
بحسب رئيس المنظمة، وجيه ذكار، يحتوي قسم الأطفال بالمستشفى الجهوي بسيدي بوزيد على 59 سريرًا، لكنه يفتقر إلى أسرّة إنعاش ومعدات أساسية ضرورية لتقديم الرعاية الطبية اللازمة كما يؤكد أن “الحق في الصحة لا يمكن تأجيله”، ولهذا تبذل المنظمة كل ما في وسعها لتحسين وضعية الأقسام الصحية في الجهات

“NA7KIW JAMAIETTE – نحكيو جمعيات” : UNE NOUVELLE ÉMISSION RADIO QUI DONNE LA PAROLE À LA SOCIÉTÉ CIVILE
L’association Jamaity, Flag et ExpressFM se sont unis pour donner vie à une émission radio dédiée à la société civile en Tunisie, diffusée sur les ondes d’ExpressFM chaque mercredi, entre 19h00 et 20h00.
“Na7kiw Jamaiette – نحكيو جمعيات”, une émission qui offre une voix aux acteurs de la sphère associative et crée un espace de réflexion et d’échange autour de l’actualité associative, des dynamiques collectives et individuelles, ainsi que des mouvements sociaux. Elle apporte également un éclairage sur les événements clés et les opportunités au sein de la société civile. À travers des rubriques thématiques, ce programme permet aux auditeurs de découvrir les forces, les défis et les enjeux du secteur associatif en Tunisie.
Ce projet s’ancre dans la préservation des acquis de la société civile tunisienne et dans le renforcement des liens avec les médias, dans le but de relever des défis tels que :
Le manque d’information concernant les initiatives à destination des citoyens ;
Le manque de visibilité de certaines actions associatives ;
Le manque d’implication et de participation citoyenne ;
Le manque d’engagement des médias envers les acteurs de la société civile tunisienne.
Na7kiw Jamaiette se divise en trois rubriques :
Cheffama Jedid : Cette rubrique propose un aperçu de l’agenda des appels d’offres ainsi que des actualités associatives de la semaine, offrant aux auditeurs une vision rapide des opportunités de financement et des récents développements au sein du monde associatif.
L’invité du Jour : Au cœur de l’émission, cette rubrique organise des débats dynamiques avec des représentants d’associations ou d’organisations internationales sur des sujets clés de la société civile, stimulant la réflexion et l’engagement du public.
ElKelma lihom : Clôturant l’émission, cette rubrique met en avant des projets associatifs inspirants, accompagnés de l’expertise d’un spécialiste pour approfondir la compréhension du public. Elle s’efforce de fournir une perspective concise sur des initiatives contribuant à l’évolution du paysage associatif.
Tous les contenus produits seront régulièrement publiés sur les réseaux sociaux de Jamaity (Facebook et Youtube) ainsi que sur ceux d’Express FM. Parallèlement, les opportunités et actualités liées à la société civile seront accessibles directement sur le site web de Jamaity.
Jamaity est une association de droit tunisien qui s’est donnée pour mandat de créer une plateforme réelle et virtuelle au centre des dynamiques associatives. A propos d’ ExpressFM
Express FM est une station de radio privée tunisienne spécialisée dans l’économie, fondée le 21 octobre 2010 par Mourad Gueddiche et Naoufel Ben Rayana, co-fondateurs de Maghreb Productions Communication. Express FM est la cinquième station de radio privée lancée en Tunisie.
لليوم الرابع عشر على التوالي، يستمر القصف المتواصل في غزة بلا هوادة. ولا يزال المجتمع الدولي غير قادر على وقف المجزرة، بل لا يزال عدد كبير منه يواصل دعم “العقاب الجماعي للفلسطينيين”.
على الرغم من تقديم قرارين لمجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة، أحدهما لوقف إطلاق النار والآخر يدعو إلى هدنة إنسانية لضمان إيصال المساعدات للقطاع، فقد تم رفض كليهما بسبب اعتراض الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وفرنسا والمملكة المتحدة واليابان، الذين صوتوا ضد هذه القرارات، الأمر الذي يبرهن دعمهم الثابت لأعمال الإبادة الجماعية التي يرتكبها المضطهِد الصهيوني.
لا يوجد مكان آمن في غزة، حيث يتعرض مليونا شخص للمجاعة والتطهير العرقي والعزلة عن العالم. أكثر من 4200 شهيد و ما لا يقل عن 12,000 جريح معظمهم أطفال ونساء واستهداف للصحفيين والطواقم الطبية بشكل مباشر بإسقاط آلاف الذخائر والقنابل، واستهداف الأماكن التي يلجأ إليها سكان غزة كملاذ آمن لهم. وبعد التفجيرات التي طالت المستشفى الأهلي المعمداني ومدرسة الأونروا وكنيسة سان برفيريوس التي أودت بحياة الألاف وأسقطت العديد من الجرحى، ناشد الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني المجتمع الدولي منع حدوث مجزرة أخرى، إثر تلقي مستشفى القدس أمس تهديداً بإجلاء 400 مريض و12 ألف مدني.
لقد تعرض الفلسطينيون، لفترة طويلة جدًا، للقمع والفصل العنصري والاحتلال العسكري والتجريد من الإنسانية. تفضيل نظام الفصل العنصري على حياة الإنسان المضطهد هو انتهاك لضمانات الحقوق الأساسية ويجب أن يتوقف فوراً.

تحث كافة أطراف المجتمع الدولي الملتزمة بالدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان إلى المطالبة بتقديم الكيان الصهيوني بقيادة المجرم نتنياهو إلى العدالة بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية، وحث الأمم المتحدة على اتخاذ خطوات جادة نحو إقامة دولة فلسطينية ذات سيادة كاملة عاصمتها القدس.

In the modern world, artificial intelligence is omnipresent. To be a part of this world, we interact with applications that utilize artificial intelligence. Essentially, AI is integrated into every aspect of our lives.
As Jamaity, we co-hosted an online seminar on August 9, 2023, alongside our partners: Promimpresa societa’ benefit s.r.l. (IT), Master Peace Foundation (NL), Lebanese Development Network (LB), Master Peace Morocco (MA), and Youth Power (SE), focusing on AI.
This seminar is a part of our project DARE4.0 (Digital Acceleration to empoweR young Entrepreneurs).
What is DARE? DARE is a project that aims to enhance intercultural dialogue, foster diversity and innovation, and bridge the digital divide by promoting inclusion and participation. It aims to develop interpersonal and intercultural skills, including critical and analytical thinking, creativity, and learning. We encourage individuals to think outside the box, as we believe that being different is an asset.
During the online seminar, we featured two distinct presenters. In the first session, Mr. Ibrahim Sobh introduced us to AI projects and elucidated their workings. Subsequently, in the second session, Mr. Elie Yaacoub discussed AI and Natural Language Processing.
Considering this information, we can observe that AI is becoming increasingly crucial to meet today’s requirements.
This leads us to question, “Can we live without AI?” or “Is it going too far?” What we can affirm is the need to align with the progress of the world and, consequently, to embrace advancements, even when we acknowledge that new technologies can be intimidating.
تكرارا لسيناريو العام الماضي˛ تونس تجد نفسها مجددا في وجه الحرائق التي اندلعت في مناطق مختلفة في شمال البلاد.
تسببت النيران في فقدان مساحات شاسعة من الغابات والمحاصيل كما الحقت ضررا وخيما بالمنازل وأدت الى هروب المواطنين من مساكنهم.
لقد تم اخماد الحرائق والسيطرة عليها بفضل أعوان الدفاع المدني بمساعدة من الجيش الوطني كما تم اجلاء العائلات وإيوائهم في المنشئات العامة بصفة مؤقتة.
في غضون هذه الأوضاع المؤلمة انطلقت مبادرات فردية من المواطنين ومن قبل المجتمع المدني لمؤازرة الأهالي بحمل المساعدات الغذائية ودعم عمليات الاجلاء.
في هذا الصدد قام أهالي طبرقة المتضررين بإطلاق حملة على موقع “شقاقة” بهدف جمع التبرعات لإعادة بناء المدينة وتعويض الخسائر والمساهمة في تغيير الوضع المزري الذي خلفته الحرائق.
يعد إطلاق حملات إعادة البناء بعد حدوث الحرائق تحديا كبيرا يتطلب التعاون والتضافر بين الجهات المختلفة. يهدف التحرك الجماعي نحو إعادة تأهيل المنطقة وتحسين الاستدامة البيئية إلى إعادة بناء المجتمع وتعزيز صموده واستعادة الجمال الطبيعي للبيئة المتضررة.
From June 9th to 11th, Carrefour de l’ESS event took place in Tunis, bringing together actors from the Tunisian and Maghreb Social and Solidarity Economy.
Establishing an Inclusive and Sustainable Environment, Carrefour de l’ESS event was held in the villas of Shanti, Bahja, ALwen, and Jamaity, offering a picturesque setting. The organizers prioritized sustainability, promoting clean and environmentally friendly practices. This inclusive event aimed to create a collective space where local production and consumption, collective management of time and common goods, sustainable transportation, and the empowerment of individuals were emphasized. Furthermore it provided an opportunity for participants to learn from one another, share best practices, and engage in interactive workshops, talks, and activities across various thematic areas.
Carrefour de l’ESS event showcased six distinct thematic domains, each dedicated to illuminating a particular facet of the social and solidarity economy:
Craftsmanship and design space :
In this space, visitors were treated to an exhibition showcasing a diverse array of artisanal products. The exhibition aimed to promote an appreciation for traditional and contemporary craftsmanship, highlighting the significance of preserving cultural heritage. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in meaningful exchanges with the artisans themselves, gaining insights into the intricate processes behind their work. Through interactive demonstrations and practical workshops, participants were able to delve deeper into the realms of weaving, pottery, and rattan crafts. These hands-on activities provided a unique experience, allowing individuals to learn firsthand from skilled artisans and gain a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship involved in these art forms. Overall, this space exalted the significance of safeguarding cultural heritage and advancing the production of locally made merchandise and served as a platform to celebrate the artistry and creativity of local artisans while encouraging the wider community to value and support their work.
Tourism and territory space :
Within this space, an array of engaging activities took place, showcasing solidarity-based tourism experiences. Visitors had the opportunity to attend presentations that shed light on various initiatives and projects centered around responsible and sustainable tourism. Additionally, there were tasting sessions where participants could sample local culinary delights, immersing themselves in the gastronomic heritage of the region. An exhibition provided a visual display of the diverse aspects of solidarity-based tourism, showcasing its benefits and highlighting successful case studies. To further enrich the experience, a documentary film was screened, offering a thought-provoking narrative that underscored the importance of ethical tourism practices.
Personal Care and Service Occupations space :
The space provided an opportunity for attendees to engage in exchanges with interactions with skilled individuals who shared their expertise and experiences in these important vocations. The space also hosted practical workshops that focused on technical skills such as hairstyling, sewing, and modeling. These workshops allowed participants to acquire knowledge and refine their abilities in these specialized areas. Through these activities, the space aimed to not only showcase the significance of Personal Care and Service Occupations but also empower individuals with practical skills that can contribute to their personal and professional growth.
Sustainable Agriculture and Responsible Food Practices space :
The space offered a marketplace where local farmers and permaculturists showcased their produce and products. The market celebrated the principles of permaculture and sustainable farming, emphasizing the importance of preserving diverse seed varieties. Attendees had the opportunity to explore and purchase items while engaging in informative discussions with the farmers about their cultivation methods. Additionally, there were interactive workshops and activities that aimed to educate and inspire visitors. These included the creation of self-sustaining cultivation boards, gardening workshops, and a session on soil-less cultivation techniques. Furthermore, the space featured a captivating climate mural that served as a visual representation of the impact of climate change on agriculture.
This space fostered a deeper understanding of sustainable farming practices and encouraged individuals to make responsible choices in their food consumption.
Sustainable Cities space :
This spaces offered a variety of engaging activities and exhibits. One of the highlights was the presence of cyclo-incubators, showcasing innovative initiatives and projects focused on sustainable urban development. Attendees had the opportunity to explore these stands and learn about various solutions aimed at creating greener and more livable cities. The promotion of cycling as a means of sustainable mobility was also a prominent feature in this space. Visitors could discover bicycle-friendly infrastructure, learn about the benefits of cycling, and even try out different bike models. A designated corner provided a platform for exchanging ideas and engaging in debates on urban sustainability, fostering dialogue among participants. Adding to the vibrancy, a captivating sustainable mobility mural drew attention to the importance of environmentally friendly transportation options. Together, these elements created an immersive experience that emphasized the significance of sustainable practices in shaping cities of the future.
Circular Economy space :
This space provided an immersive experience centered around sustainability and resource efficiency. An exhibition showcased innovative and inspiring examples of circular economy practices, demonstrating the transformative potential of converting waste into valuable resources. Participants actively engaged in practical upcycling workshops, where they learned hands-on techniques for repurposing textile, plastic, and glass materials. These workshops aimed to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to breathe new life into discarded items, fostering a culture of reuse and reducing the demand for new materials. By encouraging participants to reassess their consumption habits and embrace circular principles, this space fostered a mindset shift towards a more sustainable and waste-conscious society.
Jamaity’s participation :
As part of the inaugural Carrefour de l’ESS, Jamaity opened its doors on Saturday, June 10th, to warmly welcome the Exchange and Innovation Space. within the space. This space boasted a multitude of engaging elements, including the captivating web platform “Restart Maghreb,” which served as an interactive hub for various animations and discussions. Moreover, attendees had access to a collective library and a media center, providing a wealth of resources for exploration and knowledge-sharing.

Notably, this event served as a occasion for Jamaity to introduce its new initiative, “Studio Jamaity,” where numerous interviews and testimonials took place throughout the event, adding depth and insight to the overall experience. Studio Jamaity aims to amplify the voices of various actors within Tunisian civil society, with a particular focus on associations, in order to address important societal issues.
Carrefour de l’ESS event provided a platform for Tunisian and Maghreb actors and actresses in the social and solidarity economy to come together, learn from one another, and promote sustainable practices. By emphasizing collaboration, inclusivity, and the exchange of knowledge, the event aimed to inspire individuals and communities to embrace more socially responsible and environmentally sustainable lifestyles. The thematic spaces allowed participants to explore different aspects of the social and solidarity economy, fostering innovation and promoting the importance of collective action for a better future.
Pièces de théâtre, films documentaires et de fiction, festival de l’humour, rencontres-débats, ateliers de bande dessinée, etc. : l’édition 2023 des Journées de la Francophonie en Tunisie nous réserve de belles surprises tout le long du mois de mars.
Célébrer la création culturelle francophone, sa diversité et la nécessité de valoriser sa « découvrabilité » sont autant d’enjeux cruciaux pour l’avenir de la langue française. À cet effet, « 321 millions de francophones, des milliards de contenus culturels » a été choisi par l’Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) comme thème de la célébration de la Journée internationale de la Francophonie (20 mars 2023).
Autour de cette date, en Tunisie comme dans le reste du monde, une riche programmation culturelle est organisée par diverses organisations tunisiennes et représentations de pays membres de la Francophonie. Le Canada, la France, l’Autriche, la Suisse, l’Argentine, le Burkina Faso, le Sénégal, Wallonie-Bruxelles, l’Égypte, la Grèce ou encore les Alliances Françaises de Tunis et de Kairouan proposent ainsi tout le long du mois de mars des ateliers, master classes, projections, spectacles et rencontres-débats autour du cinéma, de l’humour, du slam, du théâtre, de la littérature, de la bande dessinée, etc. Tout un programme !
La Semaine du film francophone du 13 au 18 mars 2023
Organisée dans le cadre des Journées de la Francophonie, la Semaine du film francophone est un rendez-vous incontournable des cinéphiles. Cette année, 14 films -courts, longs et documentaires- seront projetés du 13 au 18 mars 2023 à l’Institut Français de Tunisie. Autant de films de 11 nationalités différentes qui permettront d’assouvir sa soif du 7 e art tout en saisissant la diversité des cultures francophones. Et de plus, l’accès est libre et gratuit !
Chaque année, les activités des Journées de la Francophonie sont organisées autour du 20 mars, qui marque la Journée internationale de la Francophonie. Une date qui vient nous rappeler que la diversité et la richesse de la communauté francophone est faite de tout ce qui nous rapproche mais aussi de tout ce qui nous distingue.
