Request For Quotation – Translation Services 

1. Description: 

The USAID Power Tunisia Program (Power Tunisia (PT)), implemented by Deloitte Consulting  Overseas Projects (DCOP), seeks to advance Tunisia’s energy security and resilience by providing  technical assistance and facilitating investment funding for the deployment of clean energy  technologies resulting in the Program’s three core objectives: 

• Increased clean energy generation capacity. 
• Reduced energy demand and consumption. 
• Lower CO2 emissions. 

2. Objective: 

In this regard we are reaching out to seek the expertise of a reputable translation firm proficient in  English, Arabic, and French. This collaboration is intended to manage a variety of technical and  straightforward documents, including agendas, technical reports, slides, factsheets, and guides. 

In light of this, we would like to formally request the following from your esteemed organization: 

• Financial Proposal: Kindly provide us with your most competitive financial proposal, quoted  on a per-page basis (with each page comprising 250 words/pages). Please ensure to specify  the applicable VAT rate in your proposal. 
• Business Documentation: Submission of your Trade Register (RNE) and Tax ID (Patente) for  verification purposes. 
• Professional References: Furnish a minimum of 5 credible professional references, including  the names and contact details of individuals (email/number) for verification. 

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide estimated delivery times for the following  page quantities: 

• 1 page (250 words/page) 
• 2 pages (250 words/page) 
• 5 pages (250 words/page)
