Position Title: Graphic Designer 

The goal of the Position: Graphic designers create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities.  

Role:   

• Prepare visual design material depending on needs.  
• Advice on the visual identity of WeYouth.   
•   

Responsibilities:   

• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.  

• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.  
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.  
• Liaising with collaborators to determine their requirements.  
• Performs other duties as required.  

Time Commitment:   

• 8 hours per day, 40 hours a week, 5 days per week.  .   

Site:   

• WeYouth Organization HQ, Communication Department Office  

Supervision/Training:   

• Monthly supervision/training groups are provided by the Head of Communication.   
• Individual meetings with the Head of Communication when necessary.   

• External growth and training opportunities when possible.
