Position Title: Graphic Designer
The goal of the Position: Graphic designers create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities.
Role:
- Prepare visual design material depending on needs.
- Advice on the visual identity of WeYouth.

Responsibilities:
- Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
- Liaising with collaborators to determine their requirements.
- Performs other duties as required.
Time Commitment:
- 8 hours per day, 40 hours a week, 5 days per week. .
Site:
- WeYouth Organization HQ, Communication Department Office
Supervision/Training:
- Monthly supervision/training groups are provided by the Head of Communication.
- Individual meetings with the Head of Communication when necessary.
- External growth and training opportunities when possible.
