El Space:

Acting as a catalyst for social entrepreneurship and innovation within the ecosystem, ElSpace is committed to empowering inclusive entrepreneurs and innovators by hosting, training, and offering networking opportunities as well as designing integrated and impactful programs
Context:
As part of its projects and growth, EL SPACE is looking to hire a Fundraising consultant to ensure capacity-building training.
The training will help to improve the performance of participating CSOs and CBOs to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their fundraising strategies and build a sustainable one at least for the upcoming three years.
Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, it is expected that participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of ethical and effective fundraising strategies, practices, and frameworks.
- Implement research-based strategies to cultivate, honor, and retain individual donors.
- Integrate financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with an organization’s fundraising program.
- Deliver a comprehensive donor-centered communications plan in alignment with an organization’s fundraising goals.
- Secure, negotiate and manage grant awards from public and private funders.
Deliverables:
– A conceptual methodological note of the training containing the teaching tools to be used.
– Training material in the form of a ppt presentation.
– A detailed report about the workshop.
– A fundraising strategy developed jointly with El Space Team.
Critères d'éligibilité
- -Demonstrated experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, and donor engagement.
- -Demonstrated experience in conducting donor scoping surveys.
- Experience in working with donors in an international context especially major donors, private foundations, bilateral and multilateral donors, UN agencies, trusts, and other institutional donors.
- Experience in funding planning, development of resource mobilization strategies, and implementation of such strategies.
- -Strong French-speaking and writing abilities.
- -Ability to deliver the training in French and/or Arabic.
- Experience in working with Tunisian CSOs or CBOs considered beneficial
- -High communications skills, verbal and written, and networking skills.
- -Ability to develop a small fundraising manual for CSOs and CBO training participants.
- Ability to deliver the training in French and/or Arabic. -Strong French-speaking and writing abilities.
- Proven track record in workshop facilitation, NGO fundraising, proposal writing, and partnership building with stakeholders.
- -Ability to assist El Space in developing a fundraising strategy and conduct fundraising efforts jointly with El Space Team.
