Acting as a catalyst for social entrepreneurship and innovation within the  ecosystem, ElSpace is committed to empowering inclusive entrepreneurs  and innovators by hosting, training, and offering networking opportunities as  well as designing integrated and impactful programs 

Context: 

As part of its projects and growth, EL SPACE is looking to hire a Fundraising  consultant to ensure capacity-building training.  

The training will help to improve the performance of participating CSOs and  CBOs to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their fundraising  strategies and build a sustainable one at least for the upcoming three years. 

Objectives: 

By the end of the workshop, it is expected that participants will be able to: 

1. Demonstrate knowledge of ethical and effective fundraising strategies,  practices, and frameworks. 
2. Implement research-based strategies to cultivate, honor, and retain  individual donors. 
3. Integrate financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with  an organization’s fundraising program. 
4. Deliver a comprehensive donor-centered communications plan in  alignment with an organization’s fundraising goals. 
5. Secure, negotiate and manage grant awards from public and private  funders.

Deliverables: 

– A conceptual methodological note of the training containing the teaching tools to be  used. 

– Training material in the form of a ppt presentation. 

– A detailed report about the workshop. 

– A fundraising strategy developed jointly with El Space Team.
