Call for Trainers 

EmpoweerNEET Training Programme 

 

Introduction 

The Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship (TCSE) is launching a call for applications for the selection of five trainers to support the implementation of the EmpoweerNEET WP3 Training Curriculum in Tunisia, with one trainer assigned to each of the five learning cycles. The curriculum is structured into five cycles, and each trainer will be responsible for preparing the training content and delivering the four in-person training days of the cycle concerned. 

About the Project 

EmpoweerNEET is a capacity-building project designed to support young people who are Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEETs) through a structured learning journey focused on employability, social and solidarity economy, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and personal development. The full programme spans 40 training days and combines online and in-person learning. 

Cycles Open for Application 

Applications are open for the following five cycles: 

  • Cycle 1: Employability and Professional Readiness 
  • Cycle 2: Social Entrepreneurship, SSE Foundations and Problem-Solving 
  • Cycle 3: Entrepreneurial Skills, Business Planning and Financial Literacy 
  • Cycle 4: Digital Skills, Self-Branding and Impact Communication 
  • Cycle 5: Leadership Lab: Overcoming the “Inner Walls”, Emotional Intelligence and Transition Pathways 

Eligibility of Applications 

Candidates may apply for more than one cycle, provided they demonstrate the required qualifications and thematic expertise for each cycle concerned. However, package or bundled applications covering multiple cycles will not be accepted.

A separate technical offer must be submitted for each cycle. 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Prepare the training content and deliver the four in-person training days of the assigned cycle; 
  • Deliver interactive, practical, and participant-centered learning sessions; 
  • Support NEET participants in completing exercises, group work, and cycle outputs; 
  • Coordinate with the TCSE team throughout the implementation process;
  • Submit a short report in English after the completion of the assignment. 

Languages 

  • Training delivery: Standard Arabic and Tunisian Dialect 
  • Reporting and written deliverables: English 

Implementation Period 

The in-person training cycles are expected to take place between June 2026 and September/October 2026. 

Indicative Remuneration 

The maximum remuneration is set at 500 TND TTC per person-day (Jours-Homme / HJ).

Required Profile 

  • Relevant academic and/or professional background linked to the cycle applied for; 
  • Proven experience in training, participatory pedagogy, and content delivery; 
  • Thematic expertise in the area of the cycle concerned; 
  • Experience working with youth and/or vulnerable groups, preferably NEETs;
  • Strong communication, training delivery, and group management skills; 
  • Ability to deliver sessions in Standard Arabic and Tunisian Dialect and report in English.

  • A separate technical offer for each cycle applied for, describing the applicant’s understanding of the assignment, proposed training approach, and relevant experience; 
  • Supporting documents relevant to qualifications and experience.
