EmpoweerNEET Training Programme
Introduction
The Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship (TCSE) is launching a call for applications for the selection of five trainers to support the implementation of the EmpoweerNEET WP3 Training Curriculum in Tunisia, with one trainer assigned to each of the five learning cycles. The curriculum is structured into five cycles, and each trainer will be responsible for preparing the training content and delivering the four in-person training days of the cycle concerned.
About the Project
EmpoweerNEET is a capacity-building project designed to support young people who are Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEETs) through a structured learning journey focused on employability, social and solidarity economy, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and personal development. The full programme spans 40 training days and combines online and in-person learning.

Applications are open for the following five cycles:
Eligibility of Applications
Candidates may apply for more than one cycle, provided they demonstrate the required qualifications and thematic expertise for each cycle concerned. However, package or bundled applications covering multiple cycles will not be accepted.
A separate technical offer must be submitted for each cycle.

Indicative Remuneration
The maximum remuneration is set at 500 TND TTC per person-day (Jours-Homme / HJ).
