Oversee the financial and narrative reports of the projects and send them to the financiers and address them.
Supervising and developing the internal staff’s ability to write financial and narrative reports
Responsible for the development of the network of defenders and advocacy and networking strategies.
Assist in the formulation of press releases, statements, regular newsletters, urgent appeals and other advocacy efforts aimed at improving the protection of Libyan defenders.
Assist in the design and delivery of training in capacity-building for information security, information and network security, correct documentation,
Assistance in strategic litigation.

5 years of experience in similar fields.
Master degree in (Human Rights, social sciences, International Relations or related area of studies).
Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of the sociopolitical context of Libya.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.
Willingness and ability to work extra hours (sometimes during weekends), able to work in harsh, unstable and difficult conditions, independently and in a team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, working knowledge of French an asset.
