Job Title: Technical Programme Coordinator
Location: Tunisia based
Reporting to: Technical Director & Project Director
Responsible for supporting the delivery of day-to-day project work. The successful candidates must ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements, procedures and Axiom’s Quality System. This role will report to both the Technical and Project Directors, as well as providing assistance to the team of technical experts. The successful candidate will be required to manage a wide ranging set of tasks, helping to ensure that the team operates effectively and deliverables meet clients’ expectations, as well as supporting the delivery team.
The project is focused on strategic planning, interoperability/crisis management and training systems development. As such, the ideal candidate will require knowledge of these themes. In addition to this, the successful candidate will have international experience in capacity building projects and be aware of security sector reform best practice.
Support the project’s team in draft and producing written products to a high standard. This will including the preparation of the following baseline management products, in accordance with quality assurance guidelines, and agree them with Technical Director;
