The LEAD 2 program is a 4-year Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs-funded program (2020/2023) that aims to improve and enhance economic prospects and opportunities for youth in Tunisia and Somaliland by supporting SMEs to grow, alongside supporting an enabling business environment and developing entrepreneurship and employability measure.
SPARK is currently looking to fill the position of Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer North Africa. The purpose of this position is to facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of the organisation’s interventions in Tunisia and Somalia, as well as to facilitate local partners’ organisations reporting to SPARK.
The Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will report to the Regional Programme Director for the North Africa region and coordinate closely with the M&E unit at SPARK HQ

Based in Amsterdam, SPARK has offices in among others Abidjan, Amman, Beirut, Belgrade, Bujumbura, Gaziantep, Erbil, Hargeisa, Juba, Kigali, Mitrovica, Monrovia, Ramallah, Sanaa and Tunis.
