About MEII:

Middle East Investment Initiative “MEII” is an international organization that leverages public and private resources to deliver finance and technical assistance programs to stimulate sustainable economic activity in MENA region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In order to support our activities, we are looking for a highly motivated Credit Analyst/Business Advisor who will work closely with MEII team under the overall supervision of the Program Manager.

The Credit Analyst/Business Advisor will be responsible for a diverse range of specific tasks, across multiple programs, which include among others:

• Assist MSMEs with the loan application process;
• Perform due diligence and credit analysis on selected loans; 
• Prepare credit reports for review and approval of credit committee, and participate in credit committee meetings; 
• Experience managing NPLs, especially soft collection actions;
• Monitor and track middle and back office tasks;
• Network and collaborate with other service providers and stakeholders; and
• Participate to various activities and execute periodic or ad-hoc tasks related to others pillars of the organization activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• M1/M2 majoring in Finance or Accounting;
• At least two years’ experience at a Bank targeting MSMEs;
• MSME Accounting and financial management/analysis skills; and
• Enthusiastic, willing to be part of a dynamic team of Credit Analysts/Business Advisors.
