ABOUT:

The European Union-backed “Strengthening Networks for Greater Impact” STITCH programme aims to strengthen women’s networks by enabling them to act on the implementation of commitments made by African Governments through general campaigns, educational activities, lobbying and research.

ATGEC, the Tunisian Association of Governance and Equal Opportunity between Women and Men in Decision Positions, is a women’s rights organization. Created on June 10, 2017 by women executives, it advocates for the recognition of the role of women in the family, society and work for sustainable development. It also acts for its right to access decision-making positions on its merits.

ATGEC is a member and partner of the FEMNET (The African Women’s is Development and Communication Network) under the STITCH program.

Vision:

Helping the Government build a pool of experienced female candidates who can play a useful role in building good governance of futuristic public policy and incorporate a mixed perspective in the preparation of major public initiatives

Mission:

On a non-profit organization, ATGEC is dedicated exclusively to the full recognition of the rights of Tunisian women civil servants, to the enhancement of their role and commitment and to their access to decision-making positions. Commit to the presence of the country and the future of the homeland.

To effectively fulfill its role and mandate, ATGEC is seeking recruitment for the position mentioned above.

OBJECTIVE EMPLOYMENT:

The project manager must provide technical expertise and support in the development and implementation of the STITCH project’s business strategy for ATGEC.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY

This person will be:

1. Responsible for the development/adoption of the implementation plans to be used by the project, if any.

2. Responsible for the timely implementation of the project’s activities and the preparation of subsequent financial and operational plans and reports, if necessary.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

1. Develop a project activity strategy with timely and regularly revised implementation work plans

2. Develop/adopt documents to support activities in the field (if and when necessary)

3. Plan, implement and keep a record of STITCH-related activities

4. Manage business budgets, including processing relevant financial transactions

5. Tracking and reporting on activities and impact

6. Liaison with relevant partners, stakeholders and collaborators in the activities and implementation of the

7. Participate in operational research as part of the project.

8. Participate in the development of concepts

Responsibility:

1. Supervision: Works independently and in collaboration with the team while reporting regularly to the Executive Director of ATGEC.

2. Decision-making: Is responsible for the strategy and implementation of relevant stitching activities under the executive director.

3. Responsibility for ATGEC project data or information: relevant data and material

4. Asset Responsibility: All office equipment assigned

Critères d'éligibilité

  • Diplôme dans un domaine pertinent, par exemple gestion de projet, service communautaire, suivi et évaluation Diplôme ou diplôme supérieur (La preuve de cette dernière sera demandée une fois engagé à des fins d'archivage)
  • Expérience pratique / exposition dans la mise en oeuvre des activités
  • Expérience dans la mise en oeuvre de projets pour les ONG
  • Bonnes aptitudes à la communication interpersonnelle Bonnes capacités d'analyse Bonnes compétences organisationnelles -
  • planification, mise en oeuvre et établissement de rapports
