POSITION DESCRIPTION
Lead and deliver a high-quality PMP and CAPM certification training based on PMI’s and Amideast standards for Amideast clients seeking to enhance their project management skills and obtain their PMP or CAPM certification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver a comprehensive in-person or an online 35-hour PMP exam and/ or 24-hour CAPM exam preparation training workshop, covering all relevant topics, and ensuring that participants are well-prepared for the PMP exam.
- Apply effective instructional methods and best practices to create an interactive and engaging learning environment that meets the needs of participants.
- Develop, create, and update training material, including presentations, handouts, and practice exams, based on PMI-approved material and resources such as the PMBOK Guide, Agile Handbook, etc.
- Provide Amideast with a full lesson plan, materials, presentation, and any other items to be used during the training at least 5 days prior to the start of training.
- Ensure that all training participants create a PMI.org profile and log into the Amideast-PMI platform to redeem their license and get access to required learning materials.
- Use effective adult learning methodologies and training techniques to engage participants, facilitate discussions, and encourage active learning.
- Monitor and assess the progress of participants throughout the training program, providing feedback and additional support as needed, in addition to submitting reports to the Amideast team.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the PMP exam, PMBOK Guide, and other PMI references, ensuring that training materials and content remain relevant.
