About the Opportunity:
The project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the project “regardsfeministes” and will:
• Monitor the project activities and outcome status, collect scenarios and story boards for approval by the Kvinna till Kvinna team.
• prepare with the grantees work plan, planning and budget forecast, collecting supporting documents and receipts. Make sure grantees operate within the approved budget and track expenses.
• assist in the submission of intermediate and final video productions to Kvinna till Kvinna
• -give adequate feedback coordinated with the Kvinna team to the grantees, monitor their ability the to meet deadlines
• Coordinating weekly (more often if needed) with grantees.
• Quality check and monitoring in line with the values of the Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Must have at least 5 years work experience in finance or program management
• 3 years of which from an international organization or nonprofit/voluntary sector
• Understanding of grants management and financial systems and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform multi- tasking and ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in a multicultural/cross cultural environment. Adaptable, flexible with a high level of work ethics.
