About OVC
Will and Citizenship Organization (OVC) is a youth-led NGO that was founded in May 2012. The Organization is headquartered in the region of Gabes, but it has a regional geographical reach, specifically in the southern regions of Tunisia. The NGO works to support democratization, human rights and youth and women socio-economic empowerment.
Position title and reporting lines:
- Job Title: Project Coordinator
- Report to: Project Manager
- Start Date: Immediately
- Location: Gabès
- Type of contract: CDD – full time
Main tasks/responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for strategic direction and project implementation;
- Responsible for the coordination of project activities;
- Support the Project Manager in the day-to-day implementation of the program by ensuring close coordination with other team members;
- Coordinate activities with other stakeholders;
- Support beneficiaries in the development and implementation of project activities;
- Reviewing invoices and supporting documents.
Critères d'éligibilité
- Bachelor's degree in management, political science, humanities or other relevant field or equivalent;
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar position is required;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the program team;
- Experience in project coordination and liaison with project partners;
- Excellent report writing and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Good written & oral fluency in English.
- Be autonomous, motivated, honest, flexible, rigorous, proactive and respect confidentiality.
