Program Coordinator – Learning & Development Solutions

Application Deadline

Schedule
Full-time/Tunisia-based staff are on a hybrid model with mandatory 2-days in person.

Duration
2-year contract with an option to renew for another 2-year contract based on mutual agreement and subject to satisfactory performance in the prior assessment periods.

Location
This position is a local hire in Tunisia, however qualified international persons are encouraged to apply. 

Compensation

  • Tunisia Based: TND 1600 – TND 1800 + Private Insurance Benefits + CNSS, per month

Overview
Soliya is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about dialogue across differences, online learning, and conflict resolution to join our group of high-performing team players.  

You will work closely with the global Learning and Development Solutions team and become part of our larger team based around the world. 

The Learning and Development Solutions department hosts Soliya’s facilitation and Communication and Leadership trainings, as well as customized training and dialogue opportunities. It engages individuals around the world in experimental learning experiences on constructive communication across difference

As Program Coordinator, you will use your communication, administrative, and creative problem-solving skills to support Soliya’s training implementation, effectively manage trainees, and improve trainee experience in various Soliya’s online training programs.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor of Arts or equivalent education/experience,
  • Independence and self-reliance, with demonstrated ability to work with a multicultural team,
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and preferably also in Arabic,
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment,
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Google Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage projects independently,
  • Proactive attitude to learning, communication and teamwork
  • Ability to work in an online environment and curiosity about online learning
  • Creative skills in online content development 
  • Passion about Soliya’s mission 
  • Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills and the ability to think and act like a team player
  • Flexibility and a sense of humour.

Your key responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Learning Development Solutions. The position will include an array of administrative, communication, and creative tasks, including:

  • Manage the relationship with trainees, including trainee communications, support, and updating & creating trainee materials,
  • Support the training application process, including addressing inquiries and tracking results,
  • Support Monitoring and Evaluation processes, including monitoring of trainee weekly performance, attendance, and technical information identifying patterns and coming up with suggested solutions/actions,
  • Collaborate with the training team on developing interactive and innovative training content 
  • Facilitate dialogue for the Connect Program after receiving training.
