Position Title: Operations officer  

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with relevant partners and stakeholders to organize the project’s activities at field level
• Support in direct implementation of project activities at field level in coordination with project team members and Field Coordinators.
• Support in drawing up project documents (TOR, reporting, preparation of concept notes, etc.).
• Ensure the logistics of the field activities implemented by WeYouth in the framework of its projects
• Be responsible for procurement. Make purchases and reservations while respecting the procedures of the organization and donors.
• Develop and execute tenders, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage contract deliverables.
• Manage the Operation team and the field coordinators a support them toward project success.
• Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for Operations Team.
• Performs other duties as required.

Time Commitment: 

• 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week.  

Site: 

• WeYouth Organization HQ, Programs Department Office
• On activities sites across Tunisia.

Supervision/Training: 

• Monthly supervision/training groups provided by the Head of Program and the Executive Director. 
• Individual meetings with the Head of Programs when necessary. 
• External growth and training opportunities when possible.
