Since 2013, WeWorld is implementing the Community Protection Approach (CPA), a mixed method to  assess protection risks in protracted crises and complex emergencies scenarios with the objective of  formulating integrated protection programs together with the affected population, while supporting the  coordinated mobilization of multi-stakeholder and multi-sector efforts to prevent and respond to  protection risk and enable opportunities to ensure safety and dignity of lives. 

The entire CPA process is facilitated, systemized, and centralized through the CPA Platform, a digital  multi-stakeholder solution providing ongoing and up-to-date analysis. It was designed to address  historical shortcomings in conducting continuous analysis, as well as data management and quality  control; while ensuring adaptability to organizational and research needs, ensuring all standards of Data  Protection, following the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and the ICRC Handbook on Data  Protection. 

The subject of this tender procedure is the execution of the following service:  

maintenance and management of the CPA data platform. From mid-September to mid-December 2021,  the supplier will be asked to be on retainer for the duration of the contract to provide changes and updates  to improve the interaction of the different stakeholders with the platform and the creation of new  functions. The supplier will be provided requests and documentation on changes and new features that  need to be implemented in the platform, and will provide an hourly estimation for each separate  component.
