TCSE, Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship, a national organization based in Tunis and working on Social Entrepreneurship is recruiting a Marketing and Impact Measurement Manager for its innovation space LINGARE in Tunis.

Duties and responsibilities

The Marketing and Impact Measurement Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and the Program Manager. She/he will be responsible for the marketing of the TCSE and the Lingare spaces. He/she will provide technical support and advice to the entrepreneurs supported by TCSE innovation hubs.

Roles and responsibilities will include:


  • Develop marketing, advertising, messaging and branding strategy for TCSE and international, national and regional offices
  • Identify and understand current and potential clients and beneficiaries
  • Develop, implement and coordinate marketing, advertising and branding policies, procedures and standards
  • Provide guidance and advice of all marketing, advertising and brand campaigns
  • Execute and maintain partnerships per agreement
  • Create marketing methodology, mentoring and coaching materials


  • Develop and manage research projects
  • Research trends and developments in social entrepreneurship in Tunisia and internationally
  • Create research methodology, mentoring and coaching materials
  • Build partnerships with local, national and international universities to conduct research with TCSE


  • Develop and maintain partnerships, in consultation with TCSE team, pertinent to marketing and research activities
  • Keep database of partners
  • Map potential partners

Impact measurement

  • Development / approval of national and regional KPIs and associated strategy
  • Collaboration / advisement on regional KPIs
  • KPI consolidation, report creation and communication to Board of Directors, President and Regional representatives
  • Provide internal advice on KPI improvement initiatives
  • Draft articles and presentations on impact, trends related to entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and TCSE activities
  • Advise on reporting of Social Impact / social entrepreneur trends discovered in analysis of data
  • Educate regional Entrepreneur Portfolio Managers on KPIs as-a-service metrics and usage by aspiring and established (social) entrepreneurs

Support entrepreneurs in TCSE/Lingare networks

  • Provide technical advice and support to entrepreneurs
  • Advise and support entrepreneurs with their marketing strategies and impact measurement
  • Identify key marketing challenges and draft marketing tips for entrepreneurs in Tunisia
  • Map the marketing channels for impactful products and services in Tunisia at regional and national level
  • Connect entrepreneurs to established marketing channels in Tunisia and facilitate their collaboration
  • Educate entrepreneurs about impact measurement and quality related certification for their products and services


  • Research and analyse trends, challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs in Tunisia
  • In coordination with communications manager create content on entrepreneurial environment in Tunisia and marketing tips for entrepreneurs.
  • Use impact findings to assist communications manager in storytelling of entrepreneurial journeys and the TCSE and Lingare journeys


  • In collaboration with TCSE team, organise thematic events in Tunisia to create awareness about social impact related consumption, social entrepreneurship and innovation
  • In collaboration with LINGARE teams, establish / support the establishment of regional and national networks for social entrepreneurs
  • In collaboration with TCSE team, organise events aimed at identifying clients’ and beneficiaries’ needs and concerns
  • Co-create events with clients, beneficiaries, partners and other stakeholders



The TCSE expects the Marketing and Impact Measurement manager to:

  • Have an outstanding personality to successfully manage the relationships with all team members and establish a network
  • Have an interest in Entrepreneurship and specially social Entrepreneurship
  • Ensure that the TCSE keeps track of and interprets correctly trends in social entrepreneurship and can measure the impact of its activities successfully
  • Deliver tasks on time, within scope and within budget
  • Be organised and can work well under pressure
  • Be creative and solution oriented
  • Be proactive and engages with the community
  • Be responsible and communicates clearly with team
  • Be able to take constructive criticism and provide relevant feedback

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, monitoring and evaluation

Work conditions: Innovation hub in Tunis. Working days can include weekends.

Working language: French, English and Arabic

Location: Tunis + Mobility in some regions (Mahdia, Sidi Bouzid, Kasserine…).

Duration: 6 months (renewable) (CDD). To start working by 01 October 2017.

Critères d'éligibilité

  • - Undergraduate degree in communication, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, management, statistics and research related studies
  • - Excellent communication skills.
  • - Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills in English, French and Arabic
  • - Creative
  • - Empathic attitude, helpful
  • - Well organized, proactive, responsible
  • - Sensitive to cultural diversity
  • - Excellent Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, etc)
