Notice of Funding Opportunity: Tunisian Health Center for University Research Excellence & Sustainability (CURES) – The U.S. Embassy Retour vers les opportunités

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, Office of Assistance Coordination and the United States Embassy in Tunisia announce a $5 million Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to improve scientific research in Tunisia to better prevent and treat non-communicable diseases (NCDs). The project will establish a simulation center at the University of Sfax, Faculty of Medicine (SFM) that allows doctors and medical students to apply research and test new technologies and treatments.

A successful project will also generate income for research and encourage the development of healthcare technology in Tunisia through linkages with entrepreneurs, investors, and U.S. institutions.
