Munathara’s Outreach Department is currently looking for a meticulous and detail­oriented intern to join its team as a Finance Assistant. Through its dynamic training workshops, held in various cities across the region, Munathara’s Outreach Department is a fast­paced and robust environment where an energetic team works for a cause: create a vibrant Arab public sphere and reinforce a culture of constructive debate where every voice is heard. Munathara is a place where interns are empowered, their voices augmented and their talents put to work. You will learn something new everyday and you will be given the chance to leave your own mark on vital projects that are implemented on a regional scale but aim to create a global impact. You will report directly to the department’s Outreach Coordinator and work with both the Outreach Coordinator and the Outreach Manager.


  • Track the monthly expenses of Munathara’s outreach workshops
  • Review trainers’ invoices and receipts
  • Highlight the issues and challenges related to trainers
  • Assist with the preparation of outreach reports under the supervision of Munathara’s Outreach Coordinator
  • Assist with month­end financial reports
  • Work with the finance team on bi­weekly forecasting efforts
  • Track and monitor training forms and surveys Skills and Qualifications


This is an unpaid internship based in Tunis; however, we offer a small stipend to cover transportation costs.

Critères d'éligibilité

  • BA degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in modern standard Arabic and English
  • Ability to think analytically and apply creative solutions to complex problems
  • An adaptable team player who's capable of working in groups as well as independently with little direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Flexible and able to work outside traditional 3­5 hours and sometimes on evenings and weekends
