We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of: Marketing Associate.

Description

FHI 360 is implementing Collaborative Action for Handicraft Exports (ACEA) project in Tunisia, funded by the U.S. the Department of State. In partnership with the National Office of Handicrafts (ONAT), the goal of this project is to foster a more competitive handicraft value chain in Tunisia, leading to long-term sustainable economic growth, increased exports, and increased employment.

This goal would be achieved through technical assistance to five handicrafts value chains.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Marketing and Communication Manager, the Marketing Associate will be fulfilling the following responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and development of the Project’s marketing activities.
  • Conduct research to understand beneficiaries’ needs in terms of technical support to meet the Project aims (enhance exports) and then develop strategies and action plans accordingly.
  • Provide support to the Project management such as troubleshooting and updating work plans
  • May provide administrative support to the program as needed by writing and/or reviewing, quarter reports.
  • Manage all the online sales process for the artisan’s products: manage inventory, orders, delivery and invoices, manage the artisans payments, coordination with the e-commerce platforms, follow up of the sales etc.)
  • Support in executing and implementing social media strategies.
  • Manage project documents (Update and organize project files on SharePoint and Hard Drives).
  • Develop partnerships with local and international E-commerce platforms.

Critères d'éligibilité

  • Fresh Graduate from a Business School
  • Good knowledges on E-commerce and at least one experience including trainings in managing online sales
  • Good writing skills in English, French, and Arabic
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop is highly appreciated.
  • Proactive, excellent professional attitude and communication skills are required.
