  • Organisation of entrepreneurial ecosystem expeditions.

 

About the job

If you’re a natural born salesperson who’s creative and passionate about cultivating leads and closing deals, if you’re skilled and passionate about marketing,  then you’re the candidate we’re looking for. We’re seeking for someone with sales and marketing experience for coworking, meeting and event space. Your job will be to market the space and develop new business plan for it. Familiarity with leasing or event sales a plus.

Profil

Ideally you have worked in marketing or sales before and have excellent storytelling and design skills. You are a team player, creative, and ready to develop our new marketing strategy together with the manager. Additionally, you are passionate about entrepreneurship, social media, sales, love people with various backgrounds and are willing to engage with our existing community.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and writing stories about enpact Tunisie existing projects and startups
  • Researching and developing enpact Tunisie marketing strategy,opportunities and plans
  • Implementing sales plans
  • Producing texts, infographics, slogans, etc. for different types of enpact Tunisie PR material
  • Campaign planning: Formulate go-to-market strategies . Planning includes customer and market research, audience targeting, messaging, localization and budgeting.
  • Lead our marketing, branding, advertising and lead generation activities, using digital and other channels
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying community requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses;
  • Establishing the presence of the Startup Hausbrand in the Tunisia ecosystem
  • Identifying potential and new business / partnerships opportunities
  • Generate leads through regular sales & marketing activities including PR, events, social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Close sales in the areas of meetings, events, workspace and private office rentals

Report according to the reports format in the ngo·

Critères d'éligibilité

  • Creative ideas on outreach and promoting the business through outside sales techniques
  • Professional ability to communicate with all level of internal and external clients by phone, email and face to face
  • A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
  • Sales experience: Successful track record of prospecting, developing and closing sales through lead gen, cold calling, e-mailing, and prospecting
  • Passionate, people-oriented and creative, with superlative communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant tools (Indesign, Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and a team player
  • Lead our marketing, branding, advertising and lead generation activities, using digital and other channels
  • Provide content and updates to our website and to our digital announcement
  • Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Flexibility to work at occasional evening or weekend events
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
