Position Description:

To identify, and help select Tunisia-based high-impact entrepreneurs. Primary responsibilities include to directly manage a portfolio of entrepreneurs, oversee the search and service efforts of direct reports, and facilitate productive advisory board meetings. Account Managers play a leadership role in setting priorities, managing relationships with key stakeholders and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Endeavor Tunisia’s Pre-selection Process:
● Proactively screen and assess growth potential, inflection point, and the entrepreneurial capacity of high-potential entrepreneurs by leveraging Endeavor’s network of business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, academics and journalists.
● Author company overviews (profiles) and detailed case studies used at Endeavor’s Local and International Selection Panels. These case studies analyze business concepts, innovation, financials, growth potential, competitive landscape, future strategy, and management teams.
● Prepare and coach candidates throughout the selection process in preparation for Local and International Selection Panels.
● Adopt all knowledge and data management tools.

Manage Endeavor Tunisia’s Post-Selection Process:
● Manage relationships with selected Endeavor Entrepreneurs to provide transformation impact for them and their businesses.
● Work with Endeavor Global’s NY headquarters and other Endeavor affiliate offices to provide selected entrepreneurs with additional support and resources from Endeavor’s network
● Participate as Secretary of select Advisory Boards

Critères d'éligibilité

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s preferred with 3+ years of relevant work experience (investment, business consulting, business development, corporate development preferred)
  • Good business judgment and knowledge: ability to identify and evaluate world-class entrepreneurs and companies
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and working with entrepreneurs. Capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources
  • Strong financial background
  • Highly motivated, focused, creative, flexible, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent English oral and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of the economic and business climate in Tunisia
