Technical and Operational:
· Provide procurement support
· Collect quotes, liaise with vendors and conduct any other procurement tasks as necessary
· Coordinate with team mebers, hotels and other service providers to ensure event organization and hotel bookings
· Develops and maintains necessary records and files for efficient operation
· Transports office staff, consultants and visitors to approved locations.
· Ensures the safety, cleanliness, security and maintenance of the vehicle.
· Provides daily vehicle maintenance with timely oil changes, inspections, brakes and tire pressure.
· Arranges for major repairs to the vehicle if required.
· Ensures that all documents required with the vehicle are in order and up to date with respect to vehicle insurance, daily logs and required spare parts.
· Plans the route and requirements according to the schedule or ad hoc requests from the office.
· Ensures that passengers comply with all road safety rules.
· May offer protection to clients in areas deemed high risk.
· Identifies and recognizes problems that have established procedures and limited impact.
· Refers non-standard questions and problems to a higher level.
· Considers all available information regarding road conditions, routes and practicable locations.
· Running errands for the project (purchasing needs and supplies, paying suppliers or service providers);
· Help with other administrative tasks in close collaboration with the Logistics Manager;
· Run errands for the regional office, such as sending letters or messages, paying invoices, and purchasing office supplies.
· Respect and abide by all the internal regulations of FHI platform office
· Perform other duties as necessary
