Working Place: “Les Scouts Tunisiens” Head Quarter, Avenue Jugurtha, Mutuelle ville 1002 Tunis

Opening Date: February 4th, 2019

Closing Date: February 14th, 2019

Starting Date: as soon as possible

Work Week: 40 hours/ Week


To plan and implement the training courses, develop the training materials and to assist and provide technical support to the volunteer staff on settling the trainings,

Main Duties:

  • Set up, implement and monitor training courses for young people mainly about leadership
  • Develop the training materials
  • Provide line-management and support to volunteer staff within the training team.
  • Help the communication team telling about the project internally and externally (Media).
  • Coordinate and keep in touch with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare the quarterly reports.
  • Logistical preparation of meeting and seminars.
  • Maintain an updated record of all trainers, coaches, trainees.
  • Act in accordance with the objectives and ethos of the project/organisation.
  • Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time

Critères d'éligibilité

  • Degree in relevant discipline, preferably bachelor’s degree in HR Management and/or Training
  • Relevant Experience in a training manager role • Relevant experience with NGOs and International Projects,
  • Experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering on objectives
  • Experience in conceptualising training contents and developing training materials
  • Being a Scout is not a must, yet preference will be given to scout’s candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent Arabic, French and English
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and within a small dynamic team
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to manage a complex workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Standard office IT skills, including social media.
