Assignment
The IT assistant will be mainly based in Tunis supporting the Tunisia and Libya mission. S(he) is managed by the Senior logistics officer.
The position required the following skills:
- Network knowledge
- IT technical knowledge
- Capability to do technical and soft maintenance on IT equipment
The speaking language of the position is English, French and Arabic speaking is an asset.

Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the position, is the first responsibility mention below, other responsibility are additional tasks.
- Assets, IT Management
- IT daily assistance to all staff (Tunisia, Libya)
- Licences (all software, antivirus) management and renewal
- Network IT management (Tunis office), improvement and daily maintenance
- Email contact address follow (contact list) for the mission (Tunisia / Libya)
- IT compliance follow up (with HQ rules and regulation)
- Online logistics planning update (Meeting room planning, etc)
- Monthly asset follow-up (ACTED template with REACH asset) update for Libya and Tunisia
- Asset file follow up and update for Libya and Tunisia
- ACTED (not for REACH) Asset management (day to day management, asset reception sheet, asset registration card, asset file…)
- Procurement Planning and Supply chain management
- Responsible of all the daily procurement (documentation) for the Tunis office (stationary, drinkable water, maintenance, water bills, electricity bills, recurrent expenses…)
- Follow up on all document under signature process: update of the signature table follow-up, update of the OFFU, collect and drop off document that need to be signed, etc…
- Management of digital archiving in Nextcloud
- Management of physical copy archiving in Tunis office
- Contract follow up for GH and office (follow up table to draft and manage)
- Office and Stock Management
- Supply chain data entry (stock in, stock out) for Tunis stock (stationary, drinkable water, household product…)
- Stock follow up and stock renewal
- Other properties follow up for the Tunis office (desk, chair, etc…)
- Delivery (Transport) Management
- Follow up of all monthly international shipment (DHL follow up table)
- Reporting
- Administrative tasks (organize when needed, minutes of meeting, etc.)
- Compile all received file from Libya for the TITANIC
- Secures information by completing base backups
- Data entry, data cleaning (online archiving NEXTCLOUD)
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry and obtain further information for incomplete documents when necessary
