The MENA Evaluation and Network Officer will lead the network growth and extension, ensure the active engagement of members online and offline, and develop the evaluation framework for the Hub activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of a network-wide network and community development strategy;
• Implement and manage the network development strategy using useful content and compelling social media and other channels to enhance collaborative learning and a sense of community;
• Coordinate with and support the communications and partnerships team;
• Work with the six regions to assist on network and community development actions;
• Work with the regional community development Points of Contacts ( PoCs) in responding to requests from new and existing members;
• Cultivate and manage online interaction on the Innovation for Change platform;
• Assist with improving the online platform for usability and modify according to changing network needs;
• Assist with selection, administration and management of community CRM system;
• Develop network interaction measures and conduct network analysis to regularly assess the health of the network both online and offline;
• Manage and facilitate monthly online dialogs and outreach efforts;
• Plan and execute of events and innovation labs.
