Responsabilités
- Effectuer des activités infirmières quotidiennes dans le cadre de l’assistance sanitaire directe et de l’AVRR des cas médicaux.
- Fournir des informations et des explications détaillées aux migrants concernant :
• l’assistance sanitaire de l’OIM,
• le processus d’évaluation de la santé des migrants avant les mouvements ; et,
• les traitements et les orientations. - Assurer une identification et un suivi appropriés en :
• Prenant des antécédents médicaux complets ;
• Orientant les migrants vers les médecins et les hôpitaux et,
• Accompagnant les migrants particulièrement vulnérables vers les hôpitaux ;
• Sensibilisant les prestataires de services de santé au droit des migrants à la santé.
• Tenant un registre des demandeurs qui bénéficient d’une assistance médicale. - Contribuer à fournir des conseils et une éducation en matière de santé aux migrants, sur la prévention et la gestion de la santé, selon le cas.
- Soutenir la maintenance et la mise à jour de la base de données de l’OIM dans le domaine de la migration et de la santé pour le bureau auxiliaire, notamment en veillant à ce que toute l’assistance sanitaire aux bénéficiaires soit enregistrée dans le système de gestion et d’exploitation des migrants de l’OIM (MiMosa) et dans d’autres bases de données pertinentes. Fournir des données en temps opportun pour l’établissement des rapports.
- Préparer des rapports administratifs et des mises à jour sur les tendances en matière de santé dans la région, si nécessaire.
- Aider à la préparation des documents, des briefings et des préparatifs avant le départ, si nécessaire.
- Maintenir des relations de collaboration avec divers partenaires pour faciliter le suivi et le partage d’informations pertinentes. Les partenaires comprennent les services internes de l’OIM, d’autres prestataires de soins de santé, des médecins agréés, des ONG et d’autres, selon le cas.
- Recueillir des informations statistiques et les partager avec le chef du sous-bureau et l’assistant principal de projet à Tunis.
- Accomplir d’autres tâches qui pourraient lui être confiées.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat ou diplôme en sciences infirmières d’un établissement d’enseignement supérieur accrédité en sciences infirmières dans les pays où le diplôme permet d’assumer l’ensemble des responsabilités définies dans les DP.
- Un permis valide pour exercer la profession infirmière dans le pays d’affectation.
- Pour les titulaires d’un baccalauréat, un minimum de 2 années d’expérience clinique pertinente et pour les titulaires d’un diplôme, un minimum de 4 années d’expérience clinique pertinente.
- Excellentes compétences techniques.
- Une expérience de travail avec des personnes d’origines culturelles différentes est un avantage.
- Training or working experience in the areas of Tuberculosis management, mass immunizations, communicable diseases, laboratory testing or public health is an advantage.
- Knowledge of and experience in clinical nursing.
- Knowledge of principles of preventive care and disease control.
- Capacity to work effectively and harmoniously within people at different levels within and outside organization and with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds;
- Candidate should be highly motivated with dynamic personality and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Ability to draft correspondence and communicate effectively;
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook); experience in handling web-based management system;
- Ability to analyse and interpret source information and data; capable of designing, reviewing and revising business processes to achieve efficiency;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all three languages (Arabic, French, English);
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills;
- Capacity to work effectively and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
