For the good implementation of the project, I WATCH is hiring a CSOs Coordinator:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Project Director, the CSOs Coordinator will:

⁃ Coordinate with the 20 local partner of I WATCH.

⁃ Prepare activities report.

⁃ Conducting a mapping of the CSOs to identify potential partners

⁃ Support partners in developing an elections observation strategy

⁃ Conduct a needs assessment to identify the needs of partner organisations.

⁃ Prepare a training curriculum that responds to the needs of our partners

Essential: University degree in business administration, social sciences or related fields.
Essential: At least 2 years of relevant experience working with local and/or international NGOs in the field of elections administration and/or monitoring and/or citizen participation programs.
Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
Ability to travel across the country
Good Reporting skills in both Arabic and English
Good communication and management skills
