RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
The incumbent will work under the overall guidance and supervision of the HR Manager. He/she will carry out following duties and responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior HR Manager in coordinating daily activities of the HR department;
- Prepare different HR forms and arrange personnel files; make sure to maintain and update the personnel files on a monthly basis;
- Assist in reviewing job descriptions and advertise vacancies locally, as appropriate;
- Assist in making arrangements for written tests and interviews by informing candidates, and prepare interview files for the panel members;
- Copy, print and scan various HR documents including time sheets and other forms;
- Work with various project personnel for the timely need of information regarding HR related issues;
- Organizing and submission of health insurance related documents for national staff;
- Maintain local staff lists of Tunis and Provincial offices;
- Assist in the review of monthly timesheets ensuring accurate and timely processing of employees’ monthly salaries;
- Assist the HR Manager in managing honorarium agreement files and monthly payment invoices;
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- High School (12th Grade) graduate, diploma in Business Administration is desirable;
- One to two years of work experience with USAID funded, International or local firms in relevant field;
- Good communication skills and experience in working with diverse group of national and international staff;
- Fluency in English, French and Arabic languages;
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks;
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision;
