StS Project goal is to train young people and to re-qualify unemployed people through entrepreneurial initiatives. A team of both international and local experts, in particular in the fields of education and economy, are jointly working in the newly established institution and offer training that is tailored to the actual needs of the productive sectors, in close cooperation with existing institutions and the local authorities. The project is initiated and sponsored by OMV and implemented by Hilfswerk Austria International (HWA).

The LEDE will work under the supervision of the Project Manager and the International Economic Development Expert. Responsibilities and duties of the CMO will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise Skills to Succeed promotion in Tunisia
  • Developing and implementing an internal and external marketing processes for the Vocational Training and Economic Development programs
  • Liaising with markets within all sectors to promote the services / products of the business creation initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with key people in media agencies, and other key stakeholders and leading StS’s engagement with them to optimise the profile of its work and ensuring that contacts and distribution databases are properly maintained.
  • Prepare Factsheets, Flyers and coordinate publications
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the Skills to Succeed message to the project stakeholders
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing and communications activities
  • Developing branding initiatives, internal communications and external media relations
  • Facilitating market linkages for Tataouinian products and services in Tunisia and abroad fully supporting the economic development initiatives
  • Linking with industrial and oil/gas enterprises to brand and market the STS Program in the local and regional level
  • Developing communication strategies for delivery of StS culture and programs strategies
  • Managing media relations and maximize media opportunities
  • Developing strong relationships with media representatives
  • Developing delivery and packaging plans for StS messages
  • Developing internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments
  • Developing Social Media Strategies and Supervising Social Media Team
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reports and progress updates.

Critères d'éligibilité

  • A university graduate with at least Bachelor´s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism or any other adequate degree
  • Knowledge of the Tunisian media and marketing systems is an asset
  • Candidates from Tataouine governorate are preferred
  • 0 – 3 years of experience
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading writing) is a must.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required and good computer literacy
  • Outstanding Communication Skills
  • Good command of Arabic language (speaking, reading writing) and French
