We seek qualified candidates for the position of Logistics Assistant.


Under the direct supervision of the Logistics Officer, the Logistic Assistant will be responsible and accountable for providing necessary support to logistical activities of FHI360 Tunisia mission


  • Conduct overall Logistical needs assessment within the office, including Stock Management, Supply goods, office Service and Maintenance, Vehicles and Drivers Management, and Dispatch Transportation related tasks.
  • Assist all logistical arrangements for FHI360 TUNISIA workshops and events.
  • Liaise with the transportation companies concerning transport and delivery of goods.
  • Complete all Logistics related forms.
  • Properly record assets disposal procedures; Coordinate with the Logistics officer to keep track that assets are located accordingly and used in FHI360’s best interest.
  • Monitor proper storage of documents and records for proper utilization.
  • Responsible to upkeep the stocks of the stationery, office supplies/needs, cleaning materials/supplies of the office.
  • Monitor the work of the cleaners, and regularly check up to the offices during the day.
  • Setting up the FHI360 conference rooms for meetings and workshops.
  • Any other duties within the incumbent’s capabilities that might be assigned by the Logistics Officer.

Critères d'éligibilité

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Logistics, Procurement or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
  • 0-2 years’ experience working in procurement, logistics, operations, administrative or management. Previous experience with NGO strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office computer programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and Arabic, proficiency in English preferred.
