INJAZ Tunisia is calling for experts in circular economy for the ENI CBC Med project  RESET 

About INJAZ Tunisia: 

INJAZ Tunisia, a member of “Junior Achievement Worldwide” and its regional operations center “INJAZ Al-Arab”, aims to create a world in which young people have the skillset and mindset to build thriving communities by developing the entrepreneurial culture in Tunisia. In
partnership with leading companies in the private sector, INJAZ Tunisia equips youth to drive forward the local economy through training designed to inspire them to discover and develop their entrepreneurial potential, and sharpen their professional skills. INJAZ Tunisia influenced
the lives of over 300 thousand students since its inception in 2010. INJAZ is a member of Junior Achievement; the world’s largest and fastest-growing youth business organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial

About the project:
INJAZ Tunisia joins four other organizations across the Mediterranean to bring the ENI CBC
Med project RESET to life. RESET was created in recognition of the Mediterranean accelerating employment and environmental crises; there are various calls for action to create a sustainable and inclusive economy that works for everyone. As the region thrive towards
developing and implementing measures for a sustainable green transition, RESET aims to facilitate economic and social development via supporting the creation of sustainable and green businesses. The project will gather, analyse and synthesize learnings regarding ‘what works’ within the field of sustainable and green business support, and seeks to upstream this knowledge effectively. It will support local, national and regional stakeholders to make use of this knowledge to create strategies, policies and regulations to stimulate the green economy.

RESET targets seven Mediterranean countries and will address the whole enabling eco- system – from EU projects, local initiatives and policies to national and regional policies and regulations – to capitalize on knowledge related to training, advice, networking services,
access to funding and markets, as well as Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection, with a focus on women and youth inclusion.

Overview of the post:
As a partner in the ENI CBC Med Project RESET, INJAZ Tunisia is complementing its own classical entrepreneurship and work readiness programs to fit within the norms of circular economy. As such, INJAZ Tunisia is searching for experts in circular economy who are well-
versed in green business creation, sustainability, and green skills.

– A total of 3 Experts will be hired under this Call for Experts
Description of the requirements:
 Collect information from varying sources to be synthesized into content to be included in INJAZ Tunisia’s entrepreneurship and work readiness programs.
 Research national and international trends and benchmarks for green business creation, sustainability, and green skills.
 Interpret and evaluate academic, professional, and practical circular economy research
and practices for the benefit of INJAZ Tunisia’s programs.
 Participate, network, and help coordinate stakeholder engagements, workshops, and discussions with corporate and educational experts.
Required selection criteria:
– Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or similar.
– At least 3 years of experience in the field of green entrepreneurship and circular economy.
– Experience in analyzing and synthesizing circular economy, and green business creation knowledge.
– Strong English and French writing and speaking skills.
Expected Deliverables:
– A comprehensible report on the needs and knowledge of circular economy norms and standards to be included to INJAZ Tunisia’s programs specifically targeting:

 Sustainable Business Model Canvas
 Green Business Creation
 Green skills
Deliverable deadline: April 20th, 2023.

Evaluation Criteria:
– Submitted offers will be evaluated as follows:
 Assessing the price offers that were submitted by each vendor.
 Taking into consideration the 40% Score for the financial offer, and 60% for
technical aspects (Technical Offer and CV & experience)
 The selection will be based on the vendor who has the highest score taking into
consideration the summation of the technical and financial aspects.

Budget:
– The total allocated budget for hiring the experts is 4500 € (VAT included)
– The maximum amount per offer is 1500 € (VAT included)
