The Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Tunisia is recruiting a qualified Driver who meets the conditions below;
The main tasks
- Provide professional, safety attentive and courteous driver service
- Professional use of the vehicle(s)
- Daily maintenance of the vehicle and submit report(s) for preventive maintenance
- Ensures that the vehicle has the legal documents required by law
- Drive the KOICA vehicle for the transport of personnel and carry out the delivery or collection of letters, parcels or other
- Purchasing(needs and supplies, paying invoices / suppliers or service provider, sending letters)
- Help with other administrative tasks in close collaboration with the staffs
- Help with logistics in case of events (seminars, etc …)
- Professional and economical use of the vehicle (s) ensuring daily maintenance / inspection of the vehicle; complete the vehicle maintenance anddaily log document and keep the manager informed of maintenance schedules, repairs to be carried out ;
- Discipline and punctuality;
- Have a good knowledge of service providers and public administrations
Critères d'éligibilité
- Ability to perform a variety of repetitive and routine tasks and functions
- Ability to take initiative, synthesize and listen
- Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks by establishing priorities
- Respect for confidentiality and the rules of professional discretion Attendance, punctuality and availability
- Driver’s license of at least 4 years
- ; Fluent in French and knowledge of English will be an asset
- Minimum of 4 years experience in an International Organization
- Good knowledge of the different cities / regions
- Basic knowledge in vehicle maintenance
- Perfect mastery of the code of conduct ;
- Discipline and punctuality
