Project description

The Dot, first hub for entrepreneurship and digital innovation in Tunisia, is supported by the Ministry of Communication Technologies as part of the Smart Tunisia project, in partnership with the “Innov’i” program led by the European Union through Expertise France, GIZ, and the Tunisia Development Foundation.

It aims to support and strengthen the Tunisian innovation and digital transformation ecosystem through programs and services that promote a high value-added economy, place youth at the center, and develop synergies between national, regional, and international actors.

About SPARK: SPARK is an international non-governmental development organization active in 14 regions throughout the Middle East, North and Sub-Saharan Africa. For over 25 years, SPARK has been creating pathways for young people to rebuild their futures. SPARK provides opportunities for youth, particularly women and refugees, to study, work and grow their own businesses in fragile communities through the provision of higher (vocational) education scholarships, entrepreneurship development and SME support.

About the ‘From Innovation to Creation’ Programme: The From Innovation to Creation programme strengthens innovation through supporting cluster cooperation and start-up ecosystems in the South Neighbourhood countries. Through a 4-year programme financed by the European Commission, SPARK is strengthening innovation and startup ecosystems, together with implementing partners in Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon and Tunisia.

The Dot has partnered with Spark to implement the activities defined in the “Bridge ‘Up” regional project, answering two outcomes.

The first outcome focuses on the capacity building and support of the identified innovation support organizations in Tunisia, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine.

The second outcome focuses on supporting startups in their scale-up and internationalization phase in those four countries.

Purpose of the call for applications :

The objective of this mission is to recruit a communication agency specialized in the following areas: Graphic design video creation and digital media buying.

The communication agency will accompany us in the creation of support and the execution of an effective communication strategy, adapted to our objectives and our budget.

Communication supports include but not limited to the following:

       The purpose and goals of the project, highlighting its unique features, and providing an overview of the activities.

       Introducing the mentors and experts involved in the program, their background and expertise, and what they bring to the program.

       Promotion of the program’s activities in detail, such as the immersion week and the event, also provide information about what participants can expect.

       Highlights about the partners involved in the program, their projects and our common activities

       Success stories from previous participants, including their experiences and how the program helped them achieve their goals.

       News and updates related to the program about participants and stakeholders.

       Promotional materials such as booklets, roll ups, and social media posts to help spread the word about the program.

       Testimonials from previous participants, experts, and partners about their positive experiences with the program.

Brand Identity

Set of visual and design elements that represent Bridge Up personality and values. The deliverable includes the creation of a logo, colour palette, typography, and other design elements that are consistent with our project’s brand guidelines. These elements should be memorable, visually appealing, and versatile across various media formats.

Brandbook

The deliverable must include the analysis of the competitive environment, follow the industry trends as well as the strict guidelines which you can find here

 

Communication Materials

The communication materials deliverable includes the creation of all the necessary visuals and content required to promote Bridge Up and communicate our key messages to our target audience. This includes social media visuals, print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, website design and presentations.

PNG/PPT slides

The design of graphic visuals must be consistent with the project’s graphic charter and communication guidelines. It must also effectively deliver the key messages to the target audience. Any additional requests beyond the specified number will be considered as a rider.

 

Video Production

10

Production of a series of high-quality videos that showcase the project Bridge Up, including explainer videos, promotional videos, testimonial videos and motion design. They should be produced using professional equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results.

MP4

Short format videos (less than 10 minutes) with sound treatment. Any additional requests beyond the specified number will be considered as a rider.

 

Digital Media buying

Price list for: CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, CPV, CPE

Identify the most relevant market segments for the project,

Understand the needs and expectations of each market segment,

Increase the visibility and awareness of the project on social networks.

Price list

Consider the following social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn , Instagram , Twitter.

 

 

Actual duration of the mission

The mission will start as soon as the contract is signed for a duration of 10 Months.
