Critères d'éligibilité

• Qualifications: A minimum of ten years of recent project management experience with a US Government foreign affairs agency, international assistance organization, or non-governmental organization, preferably including USAID experience (prior experience as a COP preferred)
• Experience managing democracy building programs with a focus in at least one of the following areas: Political party development and party member participation.
• The applicant must have experience managing relationships and working directly with political leaders and members on professionalizing and strengthening internal party structures and electoral competitiveness;
• Community and civil society development programs.
• The applicant must have experience in the strategic design and management of programs which focus on building the capabilities and effect of citizens;
• Election assistance programs working with electoral management bodies and national and local government to design, build, and maintain electoral capacity and institutions.
• Experience in all aspects of project management including, financial oversight, personnel management and development;
• Experience and demonstrated familiarity with USAID regulations and procedures – including the Federal Acquisitions Regulations;
• Experience living and working in a developing country;
• A minimum of two years of overseas field experience working in post-conflict or developing countries;
• Willingness to relocate for a long-term position;
• Professional English-language oral and written communication skills;
• An advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
