The ICRC Delegation in Libya – temporarily located in Tunis – seeks to fill the following position:
The position is based in Tunis
Under the supervision of the Economic Program Manager, he/she performs various data processing on computer mainly independently, performs internal follow up of individual cases, and ensures proper filing all documents related to individual cases, ensures proper management of filing cabinets, assists EcoSec Program Manager and other colleagues in their various tasks when requested.
-Collaborates to the planning, data filling and data analysis of Assessment
-Enters the Data from the field on daily basis and regularly updates list of beneficiaries
– Manages the data files in daily bases according to the ICRC rules
-Supports and advises EcoSec department in terms of institutional filing
– Creates and updates in the computer all the information needed example; the data related to ICRC beneficiaries list, places of distribution, etc
– Ensures the consistency of the updated data: follows up with the EcoSec team the incomplete or incorrect data linked to EcoSec distribution.
– Contributes to reporting, in English, when requested.
– Translates from/to English and Arabic upon request.
– Maintains contact with EcoSec team (by phone and other) and shares the relevant information with EcoSec Program Manager.
– Ensures prompt/ timely updates to EcoSec Program Manager on the Data analysis.
– Regularly and proactively, updates the EcoSec team on the beneficiaries lists.
– Proactive approach and participates to a constructive dialogue in the department (shares propositions, difficulties, experiences, constraints);
-Handles information (general and specific) accurately and with confidentially.
