Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests.
Analyse web traffic and relevant community metrics.
Assist in organizing and generating public support for special events and campaigns
develop and archive communication materials, including digital, such as publications, press releases and clippings, photographs, audio-visual materials, web resources etc.
Liaise and work with graphic designer as needed, to produce visuals and infographics for use in digital campaigns.

Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Excellent communication skills (Arabic, French and preferably English)
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
Hands on experience with social media management
Ability to interpret website traffic
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Organised, detail oriented, able to prioritize and consistently produce high standard work
Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines.
