Call for Tenders – Printing services-Impact NOW Retour vers les opportunités

Impact NOW 2026 is a high-level event bringing together investors, entrepreneurs, and key ecosystem actors to foster collaboration, co-investment, and impactful partnerships across Tunisia and North Africa.

As part of the event preparation, we are seeking a qualified printing service provider to produce high-quality communication and branding materials.

For this phase, we are specifically looking for quotations for the following items:

• Roll-up banners (x2)
• Press wall / backdrop (3m x 2.5m)
• Customized fabric wristbands (with printed design)
• 30 Page REPORT ( Quantity to be determined later )
• Note Books ( Quantity to be determined later )
• Pens ( Quantity to be determined later )

All materials should meet high-quality production standards and align with the event’s visual identity (to be provided).

• The quotation must be official, signed, and stamped, and should clearly include the following details:
• Company name and contact information
• Detailed description of each item (specifications, materials, dimensions, finishing)
• Unit prices and total amount (in TND, including and excluding VAT)
• Production timeline and delivery details
• Payment terms and quotation validity
