Impact NOW 2026 is a high-level event bringing together investors, entrepreneurs, and key ecosystem actors to foster collaboration, co-investment, and impactful partnerships across Tunisia and North Africa.
As part of the event preparation, we are seeking qualified media coverage service providers to capture and showcase the event through high-quality photo and video content.
For this phase, we are specifically looking for quotations for the following services:
- Event photography coverage (full event duration) 1 night 11/05 and 2 days 12-13/05
- Event videography coverage (full event duration) 1 night 11/05 and 2 days 12-13/05
- Aftermovie production (highlight video of the event) full event
- Short social media videos (reels / highlights) 2 Reels minimum
- Photo editing and post-production
- Video editing and post-production
All deliverables should meet high-quality production standards and align with the event’s visual identity and storytelling approach (to be provided).
The quotation must be official, signed, and stamped, and should clearly include the following details:
- Company name and contact information
- Detailed description of services (equipment, team, coverage scope, deliverables)
- Unit prices and total amount (in TND, including and excluding VAT)
- Production timeline and delivery details
- Payment terms and quotation validity
- Portfolio or previous work references (preferred)
