Call for applications-International Alert Tunisia Retour vers les opportunités

In the framework of its project on youth’s at-risk behaviour and mental health, International Alert Tunisia is looking for experienced Arabic to English translators.  The consultancy timeframe is three months, starting in November 2021.

Scope of Work:

• The translators will provide Arabic to English translation to three research reports, two qualitative reports of around 20 pages each, and a quantitative report of around 30 pages (including a series of graphs). This is in addition to an introduction and a conclusion of 10 pages each.
• The translator will work closely with International Alert staff to ensure an efficient and timely execution of the translation. 

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in translation;
2. A strong background in social sciences;
3. Knowledge of the Tunisian context and dialects; 
4. Computer skills in MS Word and Excel; 
5. Previous similar experiences with INGOs and/or civil society organisations.
