I. Introduction:

The Munathara Initiative is a registered non-profit organization founded in 2012 with offices in Washington D.C., Tunisia, Lebanon, and Morocco. The Initiative works to provide everyone in the Arabic-speaking world with a voice regardless of age, gender, or background, creating an independent and inclusive discussion and debate platform across the MENA region.

In partnership with the Hanns Seidel Foundation, the GreenTalks project seeks to amplify youth voices on environmental issues. Through three public debate podcasts filmed in inspiring Tunisian locations.

As part of this project, The Munathara Initiative is seeking a professional audiovisual production company to ensure high-quality filming, editing, and delivery of episodes and related communication content.

II. Objective:

The purpose of this recruitment is to contract a production company capable of delivering high-quality audiovisual production services for the GreenTalks project.

The selected company will ensure:

• Professional filming with multi-camera setup, lighting, and sound,

• Creation of graphic elements (intro, outro, transitions, lower thirds, logo animation, charts/graphics),

• Photo documentation of activities and preparation,

• Production of reels for teasers and highlights for social media promotion.

III. Scope of Work:

The production company will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Filming and Recording

• Ensure professional-quality video recording of three (3) GreenTalks debate Radio episodes.

• Use 4 professional cameras (preferably Canon 5D Mark IV or equivalent) with tripods, stabilizers (Ronin), and lighting equipment.

• Guarantee stable shots, multiple angles, and cinematic quality.

2. Graphics and Branding

• Create project branding package, including:
  • Intro and outro animations,

  • Graphic transitions,

  • Logo and animated logo,

  • Lower thirds,

  • Charts and graphic inserts adapted to the GreenTalks visual identity.

3. Editing and Post-Production

• Deliver fully edited episodes in broadcast and online formats (MP4, Full HD).

• Integrate graphics, sound mastering, and color correction.

• Ensure subtitles in English.

4. Photography

• Take professional photos of activities, preparation, and debates.

• Deliver both raw and edited pictures for communication purposes.

5. Promotional Content

• Produce short reels for teasers before each episode.

• Produce highlight reels of key debate moments to be published after each episode.

IV. Deliverables

The selected production company will deliver:

• 3 fully edited GreenTalks episodes (MP4, Full HD).

• Graphic package (intro, outro, logo animation, transitions, lower thirds, charts).

• Photo package (minimum 30 photos per episode, raw + edited).

• 3 teaser reels (one per episode, <60 seconds).

• 3 highlight reels (one per episode, <90 seconds).

V. Profile of the Service Provider

The service provider must be:

• A professional audiovisual production company with proven experience in TV shows, Radio Shows, podcasts, or debate programs.

• Equipped with high-quality filming gear (minimum 4 pro cameras, lighting, stabilizers, sound equipment).

• Skilled in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.

• Experienced in producing content for digital platforms and social media.

• Capable of working under tight deadlines.

VI. Submission of Applications

Interested production companies should submit:

• A technical proposal detailing methodology, equipment, and workflow.

• A financial proposal (detailed budget with daily or package rates).

• Portfolio of similar productions (links to past work).
