Join us on Friday, February 12 for an American Center program focused on building and leading diverse teams.
This program, organized in partnership with the Tunisian American Alumni Association, will be led by leadership educator and coach, Dan Schwab, and will allow participants to:
— Gain perspective on why learning to lead in a diverse world is a key factor in anyone’s career success
— See firsthand the importance of supporting diversity and inclusion in any organization
— Learn a research-based behavioral model for developing leadership potential
— Become aware of how future success is based on a deeper appreciation of diversity in all its forms

A Word about the Speaker:
Dan Schwab has been teaching topics related to human development for many years, working with thousands of people from academia and the private sector to create stronger organizations and cultures. He delivered a series of workshops in Tunisia in 2020 and continues to support the development of Tunisian society through online events. Dan lives in Northern California.
