Identify and build the capacity of 500 women and 500 youth in preventing violent extremism and reducing the risk of radicalization in their communities as peace-builders.

1. Strengthen local women’s networks to promote gender equality, combat discrimination and promote participation in building and sustaining a culture of peace;
2. Develop with young people who are vulnerable to radicalization a counter-discourse and an alternative discourse to promote peace and non-violence;
3. Create a participatory dialogue network at community, local and national level to understand the phenomenon of radicalization and the common definition of mitigation measures.
