Youth Think recruits a Consultant or a Trainer in Leadership Retour vers les opportunités

Details of the offer:
Conduct a training in leadership for 30 youth mappers in kairouan for two half days.

General context :
Youth Think association is leading the Ma3an project in The state of kairouan (Northern kairouan delegation). The project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to strengthen the capacity of Tunisian communities to withstand political, social and economic challenges. Ma3an is implemented by FHI 360, a non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving the quality of life by assessing the needs and resources existing within a community, and, involving community stakeholders in the process, attempt to create a sustainable and equitable solutions to address the community needs.

Mission objective / Purpose of the service:
– Prepare a training plan/agenda in the techniques of leadership.
– Facilitate a 2 half-day training course for 30 young people.
– Prepare a final report on the conduct and impact of the training (training evaluation).
Expected results :
The expected results at the end of the service are:
– Facilitate the training session for 2 days
– Write an evaluation and summary report of the training
