In addition to indirectly allowing them to know who they are and what they want professionally, the main objective of the Takween is to develop participants’ job skills and equip them with the skills to compete and complete in today’s global marketplace

Job brief

We are looking for a responsible Project Manager who will plan execute monitor and control all project activities and budget, aiming at the flawless execution of the project. 

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading the project team.
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management.
• Representing the organisation’s interests.
• Carrying out risk assessment.
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met on a specific timeline.
• Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities
• Monitoring partnerships to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing.
