Takween: building an efficient Tunisian workforce is an initiative that is committed to developing the soft skills of young Tunisian jobseekers. In addition to indirectly allowing them to know who they are and what they want professionally, the main objective of the Takween is to develop participants’ job skills and equip them with the skills to compete and complete in today’s global marketplace

Job brief

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will run, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
• Liaise with stakeholders to and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spent
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
