TCSE, Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship, a national organization based in Tunis and working on Social Entrepreneurship is recruiting a Program Assistant for a “European – North African project” promoting Social Entrepreneurs’ Mobility.
Duties and responsibilities
The Program Assistant will report directly to the program coordinator. He/she will be responsible of developing and managing contents related to the project and to social entrepreneurship and promoting the TCSE’s activities. As such, he/she will:
- Support exchange managers to create working documents (Forms, PPT, Satisfaction Surveys,…)
- Support Program Coordinator elaborate reporting models and consolidate monthly and annual report
- Co create and consolidate a “Welcoming Booklet” for foreign entrepreneurs
- Write articles to communicate about the project, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship ecosystem
- Develop Tweets and Social Media content about the program, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship ecosystem
- Develop promotional materials for the project, the TCSE and entrepreneurship ecosystem
- Successfully manage the relationships with all team members (being the “referent person”)
- Report to management as needed (do weekly reporting …)
- Consolidate and analyze the results of the satisfaction surveys under supervision of the program coordinator
- Deliver tasks on time, within scope and within budget
- Establish and maintain relationships with all third parties

- Excellent Computer literacy
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience. Work conditions: Coworking space Working language: French and English
Location : Tunis + Mobility in some regions (Mahdia, Sidi Bouzid…).
Duration : 4 months (possible extension to 6 months). To start working by February 1st, 2016.
